I have 42 years of healthcare experience, beginning as a hospital nurse aide while attending nursing school. I was a Registered Nurse for 37 years, serving in management and executive leadership roles for approximately 30 years. Although I have a strong clinical background, I chose the healthcare CEO path for my higher education to influence the delivery of quality across the healthcare continuum. My passion is rural community healthcare. My desire is to partner with communities and their hospitals to provide plans and strategy for sustainable, quality healthcare.
